RED MEAT
Press Release

11 April - 8 May 2008     Extended till 12 June 2008

London
- For the second time an exhibition of works by Sardine & Tobleroni is on view in London, opening on the 11th of April 2008 at the art and event space The Others. Alongside Sardine & Tobleroni Eunji Kim, Dave Hilliard and Boston Paul will also be presenting works under the theme Red Meat.

After a highly successful art exhibition in Lisbon, Portugal in March 2008 attended by a large number of Portuguese celebrities form the music and TV world the talented art duo Sardine & Tobleroni have returned to London in order to continue their collaboration. Red Meat is their first self-curated show for which they have invited the three above named artists.

The intellectual-naïve world of Animal Love and PopShots by Sardine & Tobleroni mirrored in Dave Hilliard's crudely drawn images of people collides with the rather fine oriental touch of Eunji Kim's installation and projections. Boston Paul's film Barbeque Party sets the perfect landscape for a discourse on Red Meat, sex, self-satisfaction, politics and counting chocolate bars.
